I have held a Real Estate salespersons license, a Real Estate Brokers license, a Real Estate Appraisers license, a General Contractors license and a Real Estate  Home Inspectors license. I am deeply rooted, invested, and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of Real Estate Construction and am focusing all of my time and efforts on home inspections.

My vision is to help serve the buyers and brokers need for a less difficult home inspection experience.I am focused on making the home inspection report reading less confusing and to communicate more effectively the condition of the property being inspected.The main goal is to write a very clean and concise home inspection report that the buyer and broker can read and understand easily and without confusion or question as to what the inspector is trying to describe.
